Reset my password
If you forget your password, use the forgot password link in the official MyPayslip application. MyPayslip authenticates with the username and password issued to you when you were registered.
This portal never resets, asks for, or sends your password, and never asks for your file number. Recover access only through the official application.
How to recover your password
- On the MyPayslip login screen, click the forgot password link below the login button.
- Enter your file number and the email you used to register, then click Email My Password.
- If your password is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
- If you do not remember your email or are using another email, follow the normal registration process with your current email address and email the support team.

If your login credentials are not in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you are using a different email address, follow the normal registration process providing your current email address and email the support team at enquiries@education.gov.pg.
Security reminder
Never share your username, password, file number, or verification code with anyone including support. The official MyPayslip team will never ask you for them.
