Reset your password

If you forget your password, open the MyPayslip login screen and click the forgot password link below the login button.

Enter your file number and the email you used to register, then click Email My Password. If your password is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.

If you do not remember your email or are using another email, follow the normal registration process providing your current email address and email the support team at enquiries@education.gov.pg.

Never share your password or a recovery code with anyone, including support.
